Fešta od češnjaka u Ljubitovici

U srcu damatinske zagore, nedaleko od Trogira nalazi se Ljubitovica, poznata po vinovoj lozi i posebice po „luku“ ljubitovičkom češnjaku. Udruga proizvođača češnjaka „Šarac“ i ove godine organizira Sajam luka (češnjaka) „Šarca“ i domaćih proizvoda 27. srpnja 2013. u dvorištu osnovne škole „Kralj Zvonimir“ u Ljubitovici.

Cilj sajma je obilježavanje i čuvanje tradicionalnih znanja i vještina proizvodnje ljubitovačkog češnjaka.

O važnosti tradicije i autentičnosti proizvodnje najbolje nam svjedoče današnje žive slike iz malog mjesta predstavljajući neizbrisiv trag, postojanja i tradicije uzgoja češnjaka..
